Viriathus Capital is acting as advisor to CMG Holdings.
Maya Marketing, Inc. creates and produces fully integrated marketing solutions by leveraging its expertise, knowledge and experience in advertising, marketing, brand management, consumer promotions, integrated communications, and alternative media. Clients have included: Beiersdorf, Cadbury Schweppes, GlaxoSmithKline, BIC USA, Combe Incorporated, Time Inc., Hearst Corporation, Conde Nast Publications, Alpha Media Group, Forbes.com, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Movies on Demand, 20th Century FOX, Jones Apparel Group, United Rentals, Best Buy, Payless Shoe Stores, Big Apple Circus, Dynastar, and Brine.
Most recently, Maya has entered into the digital media space by securing a long-term real-estate contract with the North American subsidiary of Lagardere Services, the world's largest newsstand owner and operator. The contract will provide Maya with the exclusive rights to deploy, manage and operate an innovative and captivating in-store digital media network located throughout the United States and Canada.

The retail based platform has been designed to capitalize on the increasing fragmentation of traditional media by offering advertisers and content providers alike with the ability to reach the target audience at the very point-of-purchase, while cash is in hand and purchase intent is at its highest within upscale newsstands in all top designated market areas (DMAs).
The network is built on a robust platform that includes highly targeted content distribution channels via narrowcasting, on-screen messaging supported by audio and transactional data measuring ROI via access to integrated POS systems.
Retail partners include: HDS Retail North America, L.P. and Hachette Distribution Services Canada Inc., in addition to Martin's News Shops and Gateway Newstands.
